Founded in 2013, Jiashan Jiuyuan Precision Tooling Co., Ltd is located in Jiashan , Zhejiang, China . We started with the design of precision tooling for automotive parts. With 15 years experience, all the toolings are designed and made in house to ensure the quality of components and products. We are the automotive component subcontractor for auto & motor manufacturers, such as Bendix. At present we are a modern enterprise specializing in designing and developing and manufacturing all kinds of metal stamping parts, sheet metal fabrication, deep draw stamping, custom metal fabrication, Handles, latches, locks, hinges, custom CNC machining, CNC prototyping and design development, stamping toolings, tube bending, welding services, hardware /components stamping and welding. We adopts advanced management mode and our products experience strict design, assembling, testing and inspection.
At Jiuyuan, we have all kinds of press equipment ranging from 60 tons to 316 tons , hydraulic press machines, cutting machine, electro***rk cutting machine, CNC machine, laser cutting machine, auto-tube bending machine and perfect testing equipment. The material we use can be steel, carbon steel, galvanized steel, mild steel, stainless steel, aluminumn, copper, bronze, brass, etc. We design products by AutoCAD, Pro-E. Your special sizes can be made to order according to your requirements.
